Energy Masterplanning Support Packages to Boroughs

The Energy Masterplanning Support Package to Boroughs will consist of:

Phase 1 - Capacity Building

Providing ‘hand-holding’ support to boroughs to develop capacity, policies, budgets, heat maps, political support and commitment to identify and facilitate the delivery of decentralised energy projects.

Phase 2 - Project Feasibility and Delivery / Procurement Strategy

Technical support and advice to boroughs, as well as some match funding for detailed feasibility studies. Guidance on options available for procurement and issues / stakeholders to be considered.

Phase 3 - Financial, Legal and Procurement Options:

Support and Guidance to boroughs on producing business and financial plans, legal contracts and producing tender documentation to take the project to market and successful implementation.
